All requests relating to the processing of personal data should be submitted via the above contact point.

Irrespective of the arrangements made between the Joint Controllers, the data subject may exercise their rights under the GDPR in relation to each of the Joint Controllers separately.

Users’ personal data are collected, stored and processed in compliance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

Scope of Data Collected

The Website allows users to browse current job advertisements published by the Controller and to leave contact details in the form of a telephone number in order to request contact by the Controller.

Additionally, the Controller collects, through cookies, data relating to users’ activity on the Platform, such as time spent on the Website, number of visits, and similar information.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • analysis of internet traffic, ensuring security within the Website and tailoring content to users’ needs, based on the user’s consent and the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR);
  • establishing telephone contact with the user based on the information provided by the user, on the basis of the user’s consent and the Controller’s legitimate interest in responding to users’ requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

By clicking links to the Controller’s social media profiles, the Controller processes the personal data of users visiting those profiles (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), provided that users have granted consent to such processing through the functionalities of those platforms. These data are processed solely in connection with managing the social media profiles, including informing users about the Controller’s activities, promoting events and services, and communicating with users via social media features. The legal basis for such processing is the user’s consent and the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR), consisting in promoting its brand and building and maintaining a community around it.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your contact data at any time by contacting the Controller. Withdrawal of consent may make it difficult or impossible to contact you.

Voluntary Provision of Data

Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide a telephone number will make it impossible for the Controller to establish telephone contact. You may use incognito or private browsing mode to browse the Website without sharing information about your visit with the Controller. Using incognito mode and not providing data does not affect the ability to use the Website.

Rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and obtain a copy thereof (Article 15 GDPR);
  • request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);
  • request erasure of your personal data (Article 17 GDPR);
  • request restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), e.g. if you contest the accuracy of the data, for the period required to verify their accuracy;
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) regarding the processing of your personal data.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be disclosed only to entities authorised to receive such data under applicable law. In addition, your data may be shared with email and server hosting providers and external service providers, in particular IT service providers enabling the proper operation of the Website.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn or the matter has been resolved, and subsequently until the expiry of limitation periods for any claims related thereto.

Data collected through cookies and similar technologies for traffic analysis purposes may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies do not expire; in such cases, data will be stored for the period necessary for the Controller to achieve the purposes of data collection, such as ensuring security and analysing historical traffic data, but no longer than one year from the date of collection.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries or International Organisations

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations. However, if you consent to the use of statistical cookies collected via Google Analytics, which records user behaviour on the Website, data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website collects information about users through cookies and similar technologies, which are usually stored on users’ devices (computer, smartphone, etc.). These technologies are used to remember user preferences (such as font selection, contrast settings, acceptance of policies), maintain user sessions, remember passwords (with user consent), collect information about devices and visits for security purposes, analyse visits and tailor content.

The Website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies – necessary for the Website to function properly;
  • Analytical cookies – used to monitor how users interact with the Website, collecting data such as the number of visits.

Users may disable or re-enable cookies at any time by changing their browser settings. Instructions on managing cookies are available at:
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=pl

Information collected via cookies and similar technologies is not combined with other data of Website users and is not used by the Controller to identify individual users.

Users may configure their browser to block certain types of cookies or allow only cookies essential for proper display of the Website. By default, most browsers accept all cookies; users may change these settings at any time and delete existing cookies. Each browser provides these options within its settings or preferences.

Users may also browse the Website in incognito mode, which prevents the collection of data about their visits.

Using the Website without changing browser settings, i.e. accepting cookies and similar technologies by default, constitutes consent to their use for the purposes described above. The Controller does not use the collected information for marketing purposes.

This Policy is addressed to users of the website https://praca-kierowcy.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or the “Platform”).
